Ashok Pelluru provides an example of how to create a multiple-image component with Foundation components: Multi image component using MultiField – AEM 5.6 / 6.0. He provides a very detailed recipé, but few explanations on why he does things the way he did. Compare it with a similar example at the Adobe help site: Creating AEM multifield components that support drag and drop and uses custom xtypes.
